Our client is a leading, award-winning, international law firm and are seeking to bolster their real estate team with the hire of a real estate solicitors of 1-4 years' PQE. This is your opportunity to join a team of specialist real estate lawyers as part of one of the regions most highly regarded teams within the sector. 
 
This firm has strong and well established roots in the North West in terms of its' real estate practice and has a hugely impressive client list including a number of household names.   
 
Your role will involve assisting the team across a broad range of real estate transactions in the local market.  There is a real focus on investor work with the team acting for institutional investors, development companies and corporate occupiers.  Whilst you will work in the local regional market, there is also the scope to handle international work, particularly for large corporate companies in the US.
  
The team prides itself on its technical expertise and friendly, collaborative environment which will provide you with the solid foundations required to develop your career as a real estate solicitor.  The firm has a structured progression plan and you will see your training and development being taken to another level as you tap into the resources available to you in this global law firm.  
 
You will be considered with a strong academic profile (ideally 2:1 at degree level or equivalent) and at NQ level a seat in commercial property with a strong mid tier or national law firm.  With a bright, personable and enthusiastic outlook you will be keen to join a leading real estate team in Manchester.
