A well-established, integrated and corporate and commercial law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Department with the hire of an experienced Commercial IP Solicitor. 
 
This is a leading Legal 500 firm, with several offices across the region, boasting a national presence. 
 
Ideally you will have over 2 years' experience as a Commercial IP Solicitor, holding exposure and hands on experience of handling a busy IP and commercial caseload.  
 
This role of Commercial IP Solicitor will involve advising and representing businesses, not for profit organisations and individuals on the whole range of non-contentious intellectual property and commercial law matters. The general responsibilities will consist of advising upon, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, terms and conditions of trading, data protection and GDPR  matters, and on general compliance by businesses with applicable regulatory requirements. The role will also involve advising on a non-contentious basis in relation to the creation, maintenance and protection of intellectual property rights including copyright, trademarks, registered designs, design rights and database rights.
 
The role will be varied, and therefore you should be able to demonstrate a committed and commercial approach to your work.
