The practice is a full service Legal 500 listed and Chambers ranked law firm that offers specialist legal advice across the full spectrum of legal disciplines to clients on both a local and national basis. The firm prides itself of on being a people centric business so putting its members at the centre of everything it does is paramount to its philosophy.

As this is a niche area and the Real Estate Team is expanding, they are open to hearing from a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' PQE with there being no upper PQE limit. You will be tasked with dealing with a varied portfolio of real estate matters to include strategic acquisitions, residential development and construction matters. Clients include high profile investors, well known developers, public sector bodies, local authorities and a variety of well known private corporate entities and there will be a heavy emphasis on the residential side of site set up.

You will form part of a team of experienced commercial property lawyers and be involved with high value complex matters whilst at the same time have conduct of your own matters. You will also be required to participate in business development initiatives and help shape the team in the future so progression opportunities are abundant. You will have a good deal of client exposure so this is a great opportunity for those who are keen to go above and beyond normal file handling duties and have the chance to forge a successful long term career in the commercial property sector.

This is the perfect role for those who are looking for a real estate role with a difference whereby you will be required to think of innovative solutions for clients when acting on unusual and challenging development initiatives.

A very competitive salary is naturally on offer given the firms' reputation in the market and the benefits package includes free on-site parking, 25 days' holiday (which increases year on year), private medical insurance, subsidised gym membership and a host of corporate discounts.
