Your new company
My client is a leading global contract research organisation supplying into pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. This company has a strong presence internationally with 20,000 staff operating in over 40 countries across the globe.
Your new role
This is a temporary two month in-house counsel position to join their legal team based in Cambridge. As an Associate Counsel you will be identifying salient points from contracts, extracting these and translating for the business. These definitions will need to be logged into the in-house database, so experience of utilising similar software would be advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience dealing with commercial contracts and document review. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial experience and a transactional background.
