Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer - A private practice in Northamptonshire requires an experienced residential conveyancer to manage a caseload of sale and purchase files from inception through to post completion. The successful residential conveyancer will have previous experience of business development and marketing through building contacts with estate agents, referrers, financial advisors, lenders, builders and developers. Although a large amount of autonomy is involved the residential conveyancer role will report to a Partner and will require the successful residential conveyancer to work unsupervised.

Salary dependent upon experience.
