Corporate Restructuring Solicitor - (2 - 8 PQE) -
My client a Top US Firm are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join the London team who are infamous for their involvement in some of the most complex restructuring transactions and insolvency-related proceedings of the last decade
The ideal candidate will have experience with a top City firm dealing with troubled companies, their boards, management, owners, creditors and investors, in restructurings in and out of court, financial recapitalisations, business reorganisations and liquidations.
