We focus on financially viable and sustainable solutions that benefit future generations. Established in 2014, we are a young, diverse and ambitious organisation with an informal and dynamic environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Your areas of responsibility will develop as you increase your competencies, and you will be working closely together with other departments in MHI Vestas Offshore Wind.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Draft, negotiate and review contracts related to various departments, including Sourcing, Sales, Service and Technology
  • Work with Sales transactions for the sale and service of wind turbines
  • Provide contractual and legal training to various departments of the organisation
  • Provide general legal advice to the organisation

We will aim for developing your competencies, so you can ultimately negotiate wind turbine transactions for the sale and service of wind turbines.

Negotiations may take place outside Denmark and thus you must be flexible in relation to travelling.

Skills & experience

We expect that you:

  • Have a master’s degree in Law (or other relevant legal degree)
  • Have worked in a legal department of a large corporation and/or in a law firm for preferably 2-5 years
  • Have excellent legal skills and are used to work on a high-quality level
  • Are highly structured and cooperative with a high-stress tolerance
  • Work with the ability to prioritize and focus on both quality and meeting deadlines
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team with colleagues having different professional and cultural backgrounds
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and are interested in learning further about commercial and technical issues

Join us if you…
