Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking to join an award winning, national law firm, offering high quality work?
Based in their Birmingham office, the firm are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to complement their Real Estate team, joining them on a permanent, full time basis. The team have previously been ranked Real Estate team of the year, and provide advice and support to both private and public sectors.
As a Real Estate solicitor, you will be dealing with a general, non-contentious real estate case load. You will have your own sole workload, and also assist partners and other associates in the firm, giving advice to sectors including universities, academies and healthcare institutions.
The firm are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor as below:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE - Guideline only
- Previous experience dealing with real estate matters, with experience of Corporate support
- Exposure to commercial landlord and tenant work
