Due to an increase in instructions, a well-established practice in Cirencester is seeking to appoint an energetic Commercial Property Solicitor to join its offices. On a daily basis you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, property development, option agreements, leases, landlord and tenant, and property finance etc. The Commercial Property team acts on behalf of a range of clients including local shops, offices, commercial and industrial units, landowners and developers.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with broad technical expertise across commercial property law and excellent business development skills.
