RTA MOJ Team Leader

I have the pleasure of working with an award-winning Top 40 Law Firm based in Liverpool. Due to continued growth and increase in workload, they are looking for an RTA MOJ team leader to join their offices in Liverpool city centre. This is a full-time permanent position; however, the firm can offer flexible working hours provided your core working hours are covered.  

They are paying a competitive package of c.£28,000 dependent on level experience. In addition, a fantastic benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days’ holiday, plus the ability to buy and sell an additional 5 days holiday. You are also entitled to flexi time, health cash plan, generous pension and social events throughout the year.

The role

You will have experience of dealing with your own caseload of RTA MOJ files and have a strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal, stages 1-3. In addition, you may also be mentoring and/or supervising junior members of the team in your current role.

In this role you will be have full responsibility for the supervision of the RTA MOJ team and therefore previous experience of supervising a team, or at least some exposure to mentioning junior members of the team, is essential. Main duties in the role will include assisting with the training of all new starters, supervising the overall quality within the team, review action plans and agree on relevant investigations to be carried out on cases and reviewing evidence and deciding whether to settle or defend a case.
