Clinical Negligence Solicitor

I am working with an outstanding Top 40 law practice who are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool. The office is close to excellent transport links and amenities. The firm pride themselves on their expertise, level of service and outstanding commitment to clients.

The team have leading professionals in the industry and are ranked in the Top Tier in the Legal 500. The team has expertise in high value birth and neurological claims, spinal injury, amputations, cerebral palsy and paraplegia.

Salary is in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 which is flexible depending on experience. The firm also offer an excellent benefits package which includes 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays, permanent health insurance, critical-illness cover, death-in-service benefit, childcare vouchers, a pension, BUPA cover, and season ticket loans for travel.

The role

You will be able to run a full case load of clinical negligence matters from onset through to completion. You will ideally have at least 2 years PQE.

You will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality. You will also be familiar with using a case management system.

You will also possess excellent time management and organisational skills and be able to work individually and within a team.
