Residential Conveyancer

My client is an established top 200 law firm with offices throughout the South of England. The firm have a requirement for a qualified Residential Conveyancer with NQ - 3 years experience (candidates with more years PQE will also be considered for senior positions) to join their sucessful Bognor Regis office. Please note if there is an office in the South East of England which is closer to you then you can join this office.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages. As well as managing your own case load, you will be actively involved in business development and the supervision of junior team members.

Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have relevent experience.
