Locum Property Lawyer.

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Local Authority legal team based in the West Midlands.

The assignment is ideally to start as soon as possible initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension dependant on work load. This opportunity also offers flexible homeworking after an initial period.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in negotiating and completing high value commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Ability to work as park of a project team
• Be able to negotiate and complete on public private asset based joint ventures
• Have a background in Public/Local Authority Law

The position offers an hourly rate of between £35-40/hour, and flexibility on hours and homeworking will be considered after an initial period.
