Childcare Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm

Leeds

Our client is a leading national, multi-service practice with an excellent reputation advising on various personal law matters.

As part of the wider family team they are looking to hire a Childcare Solicitor who is a member of the Children Panel to join them.

Their Family Team is recognised in the Legal 500 for Yorkshire.

You will be providing legal advice in respect of a variety of care related issues including: Care Orders. Supervision Orders, Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Defending Allegations of Injury, Abuse or Neglect, Police Protection and Child Protection Conferences.

The right candidate will be able to carry their own caseload from the start and be comfortable running a file from start to finish, be able to conduct your own advocacy, and work effectively with a case management system. You must be a member of the Law Society Children Panel.
