Real Estate Associate Solicitor 5yrs + PQE - Bournemouth
Leading South Coast Law firm with an established London presence is seeking to expand the Real Estate Team and handle a range of work for clients across the region and beyond.
This busy Real Estate team handles a range of work for clients across the region and beyond.
The role of Real Estate Solicitor will be demanding and involve dealing with development and landlord and tenant matters including large-scale complex residential site acquisition and disposal work.
You will have gained experience at a reputable regional or City practice with a relevant property track record and will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will also need to be willing to assist with business development.
