Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Litigation Lawyer to join a friendly team working within a Local Authority in the East Midlands The role is for an initial period of 3 months with a high possibility of extension. This position is part time, 3 to 4 days per week.

The client will consider Qualified Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives or someone qualified by experience as long as they have appropriate experience working within Local Government.

The ideal candidate will have experience within civil litigation, housing litigation, licensing and prosecutions preferably alongside some Public Law knowledge. Both public and private sector candidates will be considered for this position, provided they have demonstrated that they have the appropriate experience.

A highly attractive rate of £30 - £40 per hour, dependant upon experience, is offered along with flexible working hours for the right candidate. This role could be classed as Outside IR35.
