Job Details
An opportunity for an individual experienced with all aspects of the Litigation process; that can work on cases from inception to settlement, has arisen to work in a top Merseyside based Law firms Catastrophic Injury Team. The successful candidate will be assisting and working closely with Senior Litigation Executives in the team to progress cases in a timely and efficient manner.
The main responsibilities will be the ability to progress files in line with KPI targets, dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue procedures in a timely manner as directed and researching points of law whilst taking responsibility for researching topics prior to undertaking.
In addition to the above, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and an ability to influence at all levels, as you will be liaising with customers, experts, barristers, third party solicitors and insurers as directed.
Maintaining customer files in good order and in accordance with Lexcel and other quality assurance requirements is paramount.
