Property Lawyer
A property lawyer is required by a highly regarded regional law firm wishes to appoint an experienced property lawyer in their Somerset based residential team.
The property lawyer will need a minimum of 1 year`s experience managing your own residential conveyancing and some commercial property files from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work. The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable.
The role is open to solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers.
