Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor. A Bristol law firm requires a corporate solicitor to join their expanding Corporate team. The successful corporate solicitor will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of corporate work including corporate finance, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. The corporate solicitor role will offer responsibility for running matters, building client relationships and business development. The corporate solicitor will have gained experience with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a very strong academic background and a minimum 2 year's pqe.
