THE FIRM
Our client is a leading UK law firm which offers a broad range of legal services tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals from offices located nationally including in London.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking to recruit an associate to join their charities team in Oxford. The successful candidate will advise on charity law and governance as well as the formation of trusts and dealing with Charity Commission inquiries.
Our client works for many of the country's largest national charities.
You will guide them through every phase of development and activity from start-up through to the amalgamation of national charities.
Our client carries out charity compliance, mergers, joint ventures, restructuring, governance, and charity disputes work.
You will play a key role in business development and full partner support, this position offers a fantastic platform for career development.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have at least 2 pqe in a respected charities team with strong academics.
