Family & Matrimonial Solicitor (Team Leader Role)

The Partnership is looking to make a strategic appointment of an ambitious family and matrimonial lawyer, who is able to lead, manage and further develop the team. With not less than 5 years’ PQE, you will be able to manage and supervise all types of instructions including:

• Divorce,
• Financial negotiations and Ancillary Relief Proceedings,
• Children Act Applications (private),
• Mediation and Conciliation,
• Pre-nuptial Agreements,
• Civil Partnership and same sex relationships
• * Child care proceedings are undertaken within another specialist team.*
