Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer

A top 50 city firm is actively seeking a non-contentious Construction Lawyer to join their construction team immediately for 3-4 months. This team consists of a partner, senior associate and paralegal and is within a friendly, ambitious and ever-growing firm.

You will have experience in transactional construction matters including drafting building contracts (JCT, NEC3/4, FIDIC), drafting and negotiating consultant appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights. Additionally, they will be familiar and comfortable with acting for developers and carrying out due diligence work for both funders and purchasers. As such, being detail-oriented and able to work within a collaborative team environment is fundamental.
