Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor- A law firm in Dorset wishes to appoint a residential conveyancing solicitor experience to handle the full range of conveyancing tasks including property leasehold enfranchisement. Previous experience of leasehold enfranchisement is essential.
The successful leasehold enfranchisement solicitor will have excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, good organisational skills and polished interpersonal skills.
