The Role

This Top 200 Regional Heavyweight firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their Reading, Berkshire office.

You will be joining a highly experienced team who are known for their commercial & sophisticated approach. They are also recognised by the Legal 500 as leader in their field. You will work independently but you will also need to be happy to work as a team on larger cases.

The client base will vary in size and industry sector, which will make for a much more interesting role. The work will include a broad range of commercial dispute resolution work arising from these industries but they do encourage employees to develop their own interests & specialisms as they develop.

You will be given a platform to build relationships and develop your career.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at 1 - 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to PQE)
• Have a strong enthusiasm for business development & department marketing efforts
• You should be able to work both as an individual and as part of a larger team
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships
• Salary is very competitive, depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and bonus structure
