The Role:

The Derivatives & Structured Products team specialise across a diverse range of products and services. Covering both transactional and advisory work, they act for investment banks, asset managers, pension schemes, funds and corporates.

Working closely with a broad multi-discipline group they handle financial services, pensions, funds, tax and disputes and the team have developed close working relationships with leading advisors and investment managers.

You will have exposure to some of the world's leading institutions, regulatory authorities both in terms of products and evolving policy both in the UK and at an international level.

Requirements:

• You will have experience of products and services in the Derivatives market.
• Strong understanding of the wider Financial Services industry.
• Good knowledge of Products and Services within Derivatives & Structured Products.
• Up to 3 years PQE as a Derivative Lawyer.
• Strong academics and naturally entrepreneurial.
