They work closely alongside a mix of landowners, developers, funders or occupiers in high value cases and have the breadth of knowledge and experience to assist with all aspects of property development/ planning.

The chosen Planning Solicitor will ideally hold upwards of four years PQE and can expect exposure to an excellent array of work and reporting directly to the Head of department, you will be involved in assisting with the running and the strategic positioning of this Planning law offering and will benefit from an entirely negotiable and highly competitive salary as this impressive department evolves.

Applicants must be able to manage their own caseload and be able to provide a confident and pragmatic approach when providing legal advice. The candidate must have effective communication and organisational skills, strong academics and have trained at an established law firm.
