Conveyancing Solicitor
Solicitor – £35k to £45k DOE – Leicestershire
Highly regarded Leicestershire firm offering competitive remuneration seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their conveyancing team. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Fee Earner with highly developed technical ability and the appetite to handle complex work.
You will handle a broad caseload which will cover all aspects of residential conveyancing including more complex property and land work. In addition to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property the caseload will include overages, complex transfers of equity, trust sales and purchases, adverse possession claims, voluntary first registrations, company disposals and acquisitions and creation of new leases.
In order to be considered for this position it is essential that you have experience handling a complex conveyancing caseload autonomously and are able provide excellent service to clients. Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £35,000 to £45,000. Each applicant will be considered on their own merits and candidates with higher salary expectations are invited to apply to discuss their requirements.
