Commercial Solicitor

This UK Top 100 practice are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their forward-thinking, collaborative, dynamic and entrepreneurial firm. It has experienced significant organic growth in recent years; they now have several offices throughout the South West and in London. This Company Commercial Solicitor role will offer you a spectacular chance to gain more in the way of client contact and you will work closely with a team that holds a wealth of experience.

The Role

This firm are now looking for a new Company Commercial Solicitor to join their successful team in Swindon, Wiltshire.

The Company Commercial team is a lively and supportive group consisting of 4 partners & 2 solicitors who advise house hold names, major corporates and SME's both in the UK & internationally. Much of the team's focus is on technology & media, fast moving consumer goods, financial services, Defence, Aerospace and manufacturing.

The new Associate will work closely with the lead Commercial Partner but will also involve supervision of two highly-motivated junior solicitors. Your work will include, but isn't limited to, general commercial contract drafting, outsourcing agreements, franchise agreements and much more.

The Company Commercial partner is passionate about client care and service levels and is looking for an associate solicitor to support this and continue the team's development as a go-to commercial law firm in the South West.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• Drive to business develop & aid the marketing of the department
• Previous experience of nurturing younger team members would be an advantage
• Ability to explain complicated legal matters in common sense commercial advice
