An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Property Solicitor will join a small busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of Agricultural matters from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.
Applications are invited from NQ - 2 years PQE Residential or Commercial Property Solicitor who have a keen interest in dealing with Rural or Agricultural matters. The successful candidate will be at least NQ or CILEx with experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
