Employment Solicitor - 2yrs + PQE

Newcastle

This Legal 500 firm in the centre of Newcastle are looking for an Employment Solicitor (respondent) with at least 2 years PQE to join their highly thought of Employment practice.

The Firm are known for really looking after their staff, and consistently recognised as being a great employer for working families.

They are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team. The work will predominantly be respondent based (with some claimant based senior executive work) and really varied advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters from HR processes and tribunal claims.

The right lawyer will have a minimum 2 tears' experience working in a well-regarded Employment team, with the ability to hit the ground running with their own caseload.

The client base is fantastic, and you will be advising well established SME's and large national and international businesses gaining exposure to both domestic and international matters.

In terms of progression this is a place where you can genuinely progress over time, and support and guidance will be offered at all stages of your career. The firm have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and now is a really exciting time to be joining them.
