Family Solicitor - Outstanding Progression Opportunities

A firmly established and very strong regional practice is reaching the end of its expansion drive having already successfully increased its headcount and now wishes to appoint an additional Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to be based at the firms' office in North Worcestershire to compliment the firms' existing Family Team.

With around 150 staff spread across a number of offices throughout the West Midlands, Worcestershire and the Black Country, this award-winning firm is a full-service practice that punches well above its weight and has an enviable client base comprising both individuals and commercial entities.

The firms' highly regarded Family Team is keen to strengthen its offering in Worcestershire with the addition of a further Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to service an existing client base. The practice is particularly keen to speak with those who are either an NQ (and who have undertaken a seat within family) right through to those with 3 years' PQE. What is important is that you are proficient in dealing with privately funded family matters to include divorce, financial settlements and children's matters. You will ideally be familiar with the local area, be ambitious about furthering your career and you will have already gained experienced at a Legal 500 rated practice.

This role really does offer acres of progression and development opportunities and you will be able to gain exposure to HNW and technically complex matters. In addition, the firm operates a dedicated career development plan which will allow you to attain your career aspirations with the benefit of being mentored by very experienced family lawyers already at the firm.

Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 23 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes. The firm also prides itself on its non-corporate environment and strives to promote a positive work/life balance which is something many of the larger national practices aren't able to do.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a modern and dynamic practice where you will be able to progress your career whilst taking advantage of a fluid and non-rigid structure that perhaps larger national practices aren't able to offer. Given the strides forward that the firm has made in the last 12 months, this really is the perfect time to join and move forwards with the practice.

It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
