COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - MANCHESTER - (1+PQE) - A classic opportunity in Commercial Property at a major national firm.COMMERCIAL PROPERTY / REAL ESTATE - MANCHESTER -Commercial Property Solicitor (1+ PQE)This is a very exciting opportunity to take the next progressive step in your career to join the team at a major national firm in Manchester.The role will require you to assist Partner level colleagues and to conduct your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm.This work will include lettings and asset management for some major institutional real estate investors, as well as supporting the wider client service teams delivering substantial funding projects; development work for property development companies in both the commercial and residential sector; and leasing work for a wide range of national and international corporates, with particular focus on the financial services and consumer sectors.There is some flexibility here and we are looking to hear from applicants from 1 years PQE right up to a more senior level.There is a very competitive salary on offer for the right person, along with excellent career progression opportunities that you might expect from a firm of this quality.
