Commercial Litigation Solicitor

The role is within the firm's reputed Dispute Resolution Department and will involve providing extensive assistance to the Head of Litigation as well as developing a small caseload of good quality work.

If you have good training contract experience of commercial litigation and have recently qualified, this would be a fantastic opportunity to get your teeth into some high quality work including: shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence, commercial debt recovery and property damage. Previous experience of ADR would be an advantage but is not essential.

The firm has a growing reputation as being a commercial powerhouse in Cheshire and is attracting a lot of new litigation work off the back of this. Working closely with the Head of Department will ensure excellent training and career advancement.
