Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a high profile multi office law firm with a foot print across the North West region where there is a now an opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join them at their Blackburn location.

They have an award winning and thriving property department offering a full range of property based services from domestic conveyancing to residential development and mid value commercial property transactions. It is worth noting that the department has a very low turnover of staff and there is a particularly generous bonus structure in place.

Applications from paralegals, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and solicitors are welcomed. It is a pre-requisite that you have at least 2 years' experience in a conveyancing environment running a caseload of transactions with a minimal level of supervision using case management software.

Salary is very much dependent upon experience but is likely to fall between £25,000 and £35,000. The firm offers generous holidays entitlements starting at 25 days (plus banks holidays).

A great team environment and a sensible caseload (not a volume conveyancer) make this an exciting opportunity not to be missed.
