Residential Property Fee Earner

We are now recruiting for one of the best non city centre firms that has a number of office locations and a loyal and long standing client base that stretches across the UK.

The firm is proud of the volume of instructions that come through repeat business and recommendation, and there is a culture of client care and relationship building. As a consequence of an exciting and sustainable growth strategy, they are now looking to recruit a technically capable and ambitious residential property solicitor who has their eye on future career progression opportunities.

Working in a friendly and supportive team, you will undertake all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, right to buy purchases, and shared ownership transactions. While there will be an extremely healthy pipeline of work, is it important that you are happy to get involved in networking activities to grow your reputation in the local market, as well as building relationship with estate agents, accountancy practices, and other work referral sources.

The salary on offer is around £35,000 with a degree of flexibility to secure the right individual.
