Job Details
Chambers listed Legal 500 firm based in Berkshire are seeking a 3+ year PQE Private Client Solicitor. The firm currently provides advise on wills, trust and tax planning, probate administration and estate planning. The ideal candidate for this particular opportunity will specialise in inheritance-tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
You will be familiar with advising on the most relevant type of will for specific family situations, and on the creation and taxation of trusts.
You will also have a particular interest in Court of Protection, including tax and estate planning for the families of people with mental capacity issues, as well as advising powers of attorney.
This a superb opportunity to work for a well respected private practice firm in Thames Valley.
