The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with divorce, financial proceedings leading on from divorce, Children Act proceedings, cohabitee disputes, domestic violence/injunction work and care proceedings. They must also be familiar with using a case management system, the Client Cost Management System (CCMS) and working in accordance to the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a firm who have an excellent reputation within the locality for delivering an efficient, professional and most importantly a personable service to all clients.
