An experienced insolvency solicitor is sought to join this Legal 500, leading regional law firm based in Chester.  
 
The successful and well established insolvency team consists of highly regarded, specialist insolvency lawyers with many years experience. They are looking to bolster the team with the hire of an experienced insolvency solicitor of at least 2 years' PQE due to a growing list of clients and increased volumes of work. The firm will consider taking on someone on either a part-time or full time basis. 
 
The team deals with both personal and corporate insolvency work. They act for both individuals and insolvency practitioners, debtors and creditors and shareholders and directors of insolvent companies. The team has expertise in acquisition of assets, asset realisation and sales, court applications, creditor assistance, debt collection, director disqualification, IVAs and CVAs and restructuring. 
 
Your role will span a range of insolvency matters, but with a strong emphasis on contentious insolvency matters. You will therefore need to have previous experience of working in insolvency, preferably with both contentious and non-contentious experience. You will also be involved with business development and marketing activities including meeting existing and potential clients and participating in press releases and networking events. This is a fantastic opportunity to build up your profile within the firm and particularly amongst key clients.
