Job Details
Our client are a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley. Their offices in Reading are seeking a Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor to join their expanding team based in Reading. The Business Support & Insolvency group are chambers listed for their work and are reputed to assist and support insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders.
The ideal candidate for this position will be newly qualified up to 3 year experience:
• Previous experience of completing an Insolvency seat in a Corporate Recovery Department.
• Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal).
• Demonstrate the potential to have sound Advocacy skills (County Court and High Court Registrars)
• Good negotiating skills.
