The Role

• The firm is looking for a Solicitor with specialist experience in Secure Lending (1+ years' experience).
• They are specialists in Secured Lending and work on the borrower side for brokers, valuers, and other intermediaries.
• You will be expected to handle a caseload including but not limited to; secured loans, re-financing, and structured project financing.
• This is a role which will involve working very closely alongside the Partner who leads the team in this area.
• There is an excellent route of progression as you will build up your experience off the back of a complex and specialised caseload.

The Requirements

• You will be a Secured Lending Solicitor with at least 1+ years specialised experience in the area (There is no upper limit regarding experience)
• At least 50% of your caseload should be secured lending work
• The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.
• You will deal with high-quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded Partner

• Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
