Senior Corporate Lawyer - Exeter
A Leading regional firm with a London presence (Legal 500 and Chambers rated) are looking for a Senior Corporate solicitor to join their team in Exeter.
The role involves handling a range or high value matters including; M&A work, MBOs, Shareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate sales. You would also be expected to help supervise and mentor more junior member of the team.
They are looking for ambitious Corporate Solicitors with considerable experience of doing high quality corporate work (5+ years PQE - probably a Senior Associate).
They are looking for candidates with a good reputation (ideally locally), who are capable of managing their own workload and taking part in business development activities. They are happy to receive applications from candidates in London (or elsewhere ) interested in relocating to the South West
