Job Details
We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a local authority based in London on a locum basis for an initial 6 month period with the view of extension thereafter.
As a Commercial Property lawyer, it is ideal that you have experience in handling a variety of clients at one time, with a background of both public sector or private practise being considered.
You will be joining a large and busy property team and be responsible for handling a substantial caseload of high profile property matters. Such matters will include;
- Leases
- Licenses to assign
- Licenses to alter
- Sales and purchases
- Regeneration matters
You will be joining a London Borough council that is very commercial in the way that they work and offer their services to a number of clients. The council has a number of projects coming up so is keen to hear from candidates with varying levels of experience.
