The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ - 3 years with no upper limit, into their Bromley, London office.

The Commercial departments lies at the heart of the firm, they in the Legal 500 chambers ranking and have been for a number of years. The department deal with large retailers to HNW fast growing entrepreneurial business, developers and investors. With a huge client base in the London and Kent Market, you will be involved with a number of high profile acquisition in the area.

You will deal with excellent high-quality work alongside recognised Partners in the field, who really believe in your internal progression. You will be involved with commercial property, development work, business lease transactions, property loans etc. This will be one of the most intriguing caseloads you can be part of it!

Requirements

• You will be Commercial Property Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE, as the firm are looking to hire into all levels due to substantial growth plans.
• Personable individual, who can undertake business development
• You will have good technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills are essential
