This niche, well established & Legal 500 recognized Property specialist law firm in Liverpool city centre are currently looking to expand their Real Estate offering with the hire of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (2 years PQE+)
The firm acts on behalf of significant national property management companies and freehold portfolio investors, attracting high quality work and has an enviable reputation in the legal market. You will be an experienced Property Solicitor (either Residential or Commercial property) who can demonstrate a strong background in dealing with complex and high quality Real Estate matters.
Ideally you will have experience in dealing with Lease Extensions, complex title issues, collective claims to acquire freehold, Licences etc on behalf of their residential and commercial clients.
Based out of modern commercial offices in the heart of the legal district in the city centre of Liverpool, they boast a stylish and newly refurbished offices environment and a friendly, sociable atmosphere.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated Real Estate/Property Solicitor looking to escape from running a traditional caseload and make their mark within a growing and really well established Real Estate team.
