The firm have a diverse range of clients both private and commercial and as well as being firmly established in Hampshire also have interest in the London market and beyond.

The Residential Property team are one of the busiest teams in the firm with excellent expertise already onboard including individuals having acquired in excess of twenty years property sector experience and so provides an excellent environment for anyone wishing to develop professionally. The team require a qualified individual with a good grounding in conveyancing matters and the ability to deal with all aspects of the file from start to finish.You will work independently on your own caseload reporting directly into and also assisting the Head of Residential Property. You will naturally have excellent case management and be comfortable prioritising your own caseload.

Being a great communicator is key with enthusiasm to engage with the local business community to foster good relations and secure further business from introducers, brokers, estate agencies and site sales negotiators. Success in this team will see you firmly cement your position at the firm itself and further establish your position within the region as a high quality Property Solicitor with future seniority within the practice a very distinct possibility.
