Private practice – West Midlands – ASAP start – 3 months (+) on-going assignment

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a L500 practice with a well-recognised planning team on a temporary basis. We are seeking a Planning Law specialist to provide locum cover pending appointment of a permanent member of staff.

The role will entail handling a caseload of planning matters to include compulsory purchase orders, s106 agreements, judicial review matters and providing general planning advice. A dedicated secretary will provide full administrative support. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for the workload with minimal supervision.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with availability to commence the assignment within the month of September. The assignment will be on an on-going basis and is estimated to continue for a period of 3 months initially.
