Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum

I am looking to recruit a candidate who has previously worked within a Residential Conveyancing/Property Department and has experience of working within a Plot Sales environment.

This is a rare In-house opportunity with one of the largest, and fastest growing, Residential Developers in the Country. My client is undergoing a rapid period of expansion and growth due its growing development commitments across the UK. After recently securing new developments across the North West, my client has decided to grow their In-house Legal team to buttress their efforts to continue to acquire new development sites nationally. As such, my client is looking to recruit an experienced team of Conveyancing Assistants, Plot Sales experienced is essential, to contribute to their growth.

The role of the Conveyancing Assistant will be seated within the Plot Sales arm of the Legal team and will be report directly to the incumbent Conveyancing Supervisors and Conveyancing Manager. Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing position is required, along with a practical knowledge of Plot Sales.

My client is offering a generous salary of up to £24,000 per annum with the annual eligibility to receive an additional bonus of up to 10% of the base salary- dependant on performance. Internal progression and further training are offered alongside this role.
