Company Secretary - Financial Services PLC
Our client, a specialist Financial Services organisation in Gloucester has an opening for a company secretary to lead their secretarial function.
This is a strategic position at the heart of governance operations within the organisation; you will lead a team that acts as a point of communication between various internal stakeholders. This team works towards ensuring that governance and statutory practices are maintained to the highest standards. This will include reliance on the building and maintaining of key relationships across the organisation which will be governed and directed by you.
You must be an ICSA qualified Company secretary with extensive experience working in PLC environments in a senior positions. Strong knowledge of listing authority rules and the companies act is must, as is a firm understanding of the relevant regulatory bodies (FCA, PRA).
