In-House Lawyer - Global Brand

Your new company
A global fashion retailer, head quartered in the heart of Manchester city centre, is looking to expand their in-house legal team with a driven and talented commercial contracts lawyer to support a growing business.

Your new role
You will join a fun and hardworking legal team in a pro-active role where you will be engaging with the business to manage legal risk and compliance. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts as well as advising on supply agreements, IT contracts, marketing agreements and IP matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor, with solid experience in drafting commercial contracts. In-house experience would be ideal and you will need to have excellent relationship building skills, interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and business acumen to work effectively across the group.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary c£50k-£60k depending on experience plus benefits including bonus, healthcare cover, pension contributions and a corporate discount scheme.
