Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Defendant

Part-Time/Flexible Working Considered

Leeds

I am working with a Top 100 International Law Firm in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team.

The firm are a multi-service commercial practice who are looking to grow their presence in Leeds.

They are looking for Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 3-6yrs PQE (as a guide) in defendant work to join the department.

The role is varied and you will be running your own caseload of defendant matters advising NHS and private sector organisations on matters including brain and spinal injuries, misdiagnosis claims, hospital and surgery claims, medication errors, child health claims, and cosmetic surgery claims.

As one of the leaders in public sector and healthcare work nationally this is a great place to continue your career. The Leeds team is small and supportive with plenty of room to carve your path and progress.

There is the opportunity here for the right candidate to work flexibly, and the firm will consider someone who wishes to work part time, again if they carry the right experience.

There is a competitive salary on offer and benefits.

If you would like to hear more about this role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.

Company

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
